OUR CLIENTS Say...

SUE ROBILLARD

Leave It To Us!

“Since 2011, we have been particularly fortunate to work with Leave It To Us!  each November to provide breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for our annual three-day, Ministry In Motion conference. With logistics to plan for more than 140 delegates, no detail is too small. Each year, we do a conference survey with those who attend –- every year, the feedback about
Leave It To Us!  has been unanimously positive.
This is a wonderful team to work with, and we know
we can trust them to do a great job. That’s why
we look forward to working with
Leave It To Us!
for many years to come."

Sue Robillard was destined to be an event planner...and a caterer.

A life-long resident of Burlington, Ontario, Sue has almost always been the one that others have relied upon to make the arrangements. From simple board meetings and conferences to sporting events and sophisticated fundraisers, to breakfasts, lunches, dinners and catered receptions for hundreds of people, she knows what it takes to plan and execute engagements of all shapes and sizes.

Before founding  Leave It To Us! in 2006, Sue planned and executed special events for a number of venerable Canadian companies and organizations. As National Marketing Director for Junior Achievement (JA) of Canada, she deftly oversaw and produced the organization’s national staff conference, annual meeting, international student conference, and JA’s largest fundraising event, The Canadian Business Hall of Fame Dinner & Induction Ceremony.  As Executive Producer, she worked with top executives from across the country to annually create a black-tie event for more than 1,000 people that served to both recognize elite Canadian business leaders, and raise more than $200,000
in a single evening.

Sue learned about being a team player during her many years in sports administration. As an Executive Director at the Ontario Centre for Amateur Sport, she oversaw the planning and execution of provincial and national championships. Prior to that, millions of baseball fans enjoyed events she created during her years as Manager, Community Services for the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club.

Sue has always known her way around the kitchen. She credits her mother with teaching her the basics, and for setting a wonderful example of what it means to cook from your heart.  Sue loves what she does and incorporates that passion into every event catered by  Leave It To Us!  She and her team have become synonymous with delicious food and elegant presentation -- no matter what the occasion!

Sue holds a degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a diploma in Sports
& Event Marketing from George Brown College.

Sue’s vast experience allows her to work with anyone while offering the highest level of commitment, organization, and attention to detail. She does whatever it takes to get the job done!
